Pre Purchase TimberPest Inspection Report.
Prices start from only $180 for units/townhouses and $200 for an average size family home.
When you are purchasing your new property we can arrange a Pre Purchase TimberPest Inspection carried out to the Australian Standard 4349.3.
We will supply a detailed report within 24 hours of the inspection - usually the same working day.
We can also arrange for the property to be inspected by a fully qualified Building Inspector at the same time.
